Synergy International Acquires DecisionPoint Marketing and Research, Inc.

Purchase solidifies Synergy’s long-term growth strategy

AKRON, Ohio, Aug. 29, 2007 – Synergy International Limited, Inc., an award-winning northeast Ohio strategic marketing firm, today announced that it acquired DecisionPoint Marketing and Research, Inc., a leading marketing research firm in Summit County. This acquisition makes Synergy the only African-American and female business enterprise that specializes in customer experience management in Summit County.

DecisionPoint has provided qualitative and quantitative marketing research to Summit and surrounding counties for more than 13 years. Synergy has established itself as a leader in the field of customer experience management for its customers since 2002. Synergy and DecisionPoint, operating as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Synergy, now offer a broader suite of services, including full-service focus group recruiting and facility rental; mock jury trials; mystery shopping; Web usability groups; and online surveys.
